I went in for an infection. Front desk was warm and inviting and I enjoyed interactions. Diagnosis was perfect meds were perfect in the sense that antibiotics cleared things up. The initial optometrist failed to send the script to pharmacy (it closed at 6p). I had to call the resident on call at the hospital to transfer the script to another 24 hr pharmacy. Over the past year I had cataracts in both eyes removed by Dr. Harris. I've had excellent results and am very happy with how things went. From start to finish I found him very professional and incredibly patient as he helped me through the process. I've worn glasses for 55 years due to severe astigmatism. Dr. Harris made me aware of Toric lenses which could be implanted during my cataract surgery which could possibly result in correcting my astigmatism and me not having to wear glasses any longer. Dr Harris blew his nose, did not wash his hands or put on gloves, then proceeded to give me eye drops and continue my exam. Absolutely horrific, unsanitary behavior. Proceeded to try to leave the room as I was actively asking questions. I never got a patient portal or any way to see my diagnosis and follow ups. Front desk staff was nice at least.
Dr. Harris and his staff are great. Customer service is good. Nice friendly place. Complete eye exams and follow up. Five stars.
They rarely ever answer their work phone for script refills etc.
