Dr Harris blew his nose, did not wash his hands or put on gloves, then proceeded to give me eye drops and continue my exam. Absolutely horrific, unsanitary behavior. Proceeded to try to leave the room as I was actively asking questions. I never got a patient portal or any way to see my diagnosis and follow ups. Front desk staff was nice at least.
Dr. Harris and his staff are great. Customer service is good. Nice friendly place. Complete eye exams and follow up. Five stars.
They rarely ever answer their work phone for script refills etc.
