Longtime patient. Dr Harris is thorough, compassionate and a skilled surgeon. I highly recommend him.
horrible - Plymouth Meeting location refused to give a proper exam, front desk staff rude to the point of us being in tears. Manager condones this behavior and insists on billing our insurance so now we have to pay out of pocket to not be treated like trash. Will be filing a grievance with my insurance the moment they file the claim. They're not BBB accredited - now I understand why!
If you value your time, avoid this office. You’ll end up waiting close to an hour to even be seen by a tech. Then wait another 20+mins for the doctor to see you. This has been an issue for years (as evident by the other reviews), and there has been little to no improvement. They make excuses that they “can’t predict how long an appointment takes”. It’s a systemic problem that Wills Eye Art Museum’s leadership doesn’t seem to care about addressing.
The wait time is atrocious. Time waiting in waiting room: 35 minutes Time waiting in the room: 50 minutes Total wait time: 1 hour 25 minutes I arrived fifteen minutes early for my 10:30 appointment, as asked by the office. I then waited 35 minutes to be called into a room. The nurse gathered my details and did a few quick tests 10:50-10:55. This is the absolute worst eye doctors experience I’ve ever had in my 28 years of living on earth. This place needs to restructure something because outside of the amazing front desk lady (darkskin, glasses) this place is absolutely disrespectful towards its patients time and if I ask another person when will I be seen because I’ve been here since 10:30 am don’t get snippy with me.
