Very poor management in Urbana . Supervisor's are very low class group of people . with no management skills .
This is one of the worst places I've ever worked for. They tell you they want feedback but they don't. If you tell supervisors or higher what is wrong they will turn it around on you. You can bust your ass for this company and still get treated like shit and called lazy. They will keep the truly lazy people and get rid of the hardworkers. The managers are the rudest most unprofessional managers I've met.
Over the years Rittal has been very hard to work for. Always trying to throw each under the bus. Rittal has ok benefits. The pay isnt that good for what u do. All the good people i use to know are gone. It use to be a great place to work! To bad they are getting worse and worse instead of better! My suggestion do not accept employment here. You will lose sleep and you will be extremely stressed all the time!
Ritual corporation is a great place to work it is fast pace and I love working in a fast pace the people that work there are awesome. The supervisors are great. They have insurance and I would go back to work for them in a minute I love my ritual family in Urbana Ohio
