I would suggest not working here. Management is terrible. People are not very Nice either! The leader of the company are terrible. I felt like an animal being Whipped constantly! Order entry people are rude! To much grief for what you get paid! If you want grief, loss of sleep, and unhappiness, this is the place for you!

RecommendedI worked for Rittal for several years. It was a difficult place to work, but usually not because of managers or supervisors (Mike Parker was a great supervisor). The difficultly was lack of proper job planning. I ran/programmed the gasket machines and sales would frequently make customer promises without checking the logistics or properly planning the creation of orders through production.
