Just wanted to let you and your team know that the cake was the star of the show at the baby shower! Mom to be was thrilled to have the cake of her dreams, and everyone commented that it tasted even better than it looked which says a lot considering everyone was gushing over the cake! I'll definitely be back in touch next summer for my son's graduation cake! Great job and THANK YOU!
My daughter was very excited to surprise dad with a cake from your bakery in Brunswick for his birthday. Unfortunately, for all of us, the cake tasted like it was made a week before, dry and stale. What a disappointment. Gave it 2 stars only because it looked nice.

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We have been in business for over 53 years and haven't done so by not delivering a quality product. I would like to know some more information so I can make this right with you. We handle about 100 cakes in a week it's unusual for us to get a complaint. I'm only giving two stars because the cake decorator did a beautiful job, otherwise it would be lower. However I ordered a cannoli Cassata cake that tasted like it was made a week before I picked it up, so dry and stale. The majority of people commented that it tasted like stale flavored with wine, it was way over flavored with something. Not very happy when you spend $70 on a cake and also trying to celebrate your daughter's 18th birthday and she was so excited when she saw the cannoli cake. Embarrassing

Christine I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience. I not sure how that the cake was dry it was made fresh that morning. Cassata is a sponge cake with no shortening or oils. I will check with decorator in the morning because she filled the cake and maybe forgot to sprinkle rum flavoring. I don't know if you are to familiar with this style of European torte. If you have had one before but I will get back to you once I find out more details. We sell 30 to 50 Cassata cakes a week and this is an odd response.
The only thing my daughter wanted for her 17th birthday was a Cassata cake. I ordered a 10 inch. Looked beautiful on the outside but the cake itself was NOT moist at all, it literally felt like a hard sponge. The flowers it was topped with was not very tasteful either. Very very disappointed.

I used to go to Rito's bakery back when it was on W.130th. My father would go and buy fresh bread, I would stop by on my way to school, it is as good now as it was then!... The friendly people, the amazing smells and the wonderful food are worth traveling to Parma or Brunswick!
I ordered a gender reveal cake for my party and had to give my order three times to them because they couldn't get it right. I cut open my cake and they still couldn't get it right. I asked for chocolate cake and i got a two tier white cakes. I was so excited and pumped for chocolate cake and highly disappointed. I was left with some much cake because half my guests wanted chocolate. Their customer service is awful, I'm extremely unhappy with what I got.
