Fast service and great communication. Flooring was installed with extra care and the installers stayed as late as they needed to finish up the job. I am so excited about my new floors. They make the house look modern and fresh. Also, Ralph worked with offices in Ohio to get the exact flooring delivered at no extra cost to me!
I can’t believe that a company like dr Horton actually use this company services… I just got my home not even 6 months ago and the rug is falling apart; it’s unbelievable the poor quality labor/materials that they use and the worst part is that they do nothing about it and even worst is that companies like dr Horton allows this kind of behavior. Absolutely terrible job done here.
Picking our flooring for our new home was a breeze here at RiteRug. Judi and the people working in the office was very friendly and helpful.
Bad communication, No notification. Since my inspection and the day for them to come out and redo my Stand-up shower tiles, No one has spoken to me about removing my shower doors. I was than lied to by the person who came and said he would be around the neighborhood while we figure out options. I finally was able to remove the doors, I get a call back the guys are not in the Area. I took 18 hrs of work for there mess up in the First place and now this. I will join the other reviews here in saying..bought a brand new home. The shower floor leaked during a shower and after all the way to the new cabinets. 10 days after waiting for the project manager for the builder to get someone out here, ivasked for their number. Made an appointment. Sat here all day. No show. All calls after that went to voice mail. I have lived here since May 16th. I paid out of pocket to have it fixed. I have a good understanding that no one "has me". Very disappointing 😕
