Disappointing Service and Unfair Charges. I encountered rude staff at the reception. Upon arriving to request a replacement set of retainers due to an accidental brake on the bottom piece, I was told to pay an unacceptable amount just to receive a new set. Price is far too high. I left without accepting the replacement and left feeling disappointed, as I’ve been with them for over three years due to having braces. Ritebite Kitchener was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. My appointment started on time and staff had everything ready for me. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called to have a wire replaced. Very impressed.
I've been a patient at RiteBite Orthodontics since 2020, and my experience at their Kitchener and Waterloo locations has been great. Dr. Waseem Kassas and his team are fantastic. Dr. Kassas is excellent at explaining the treatment plan and procedures. Additionally, his staff is knowledgeable and always ready to provide information whenever I have questions.
I had a pretty good experience during my Invisalign treatment at RiteBite. The staff were always polite and friendly.
Overall pretty good experience, nice staff very efficient. Only down side was treatment took 3 years for me to complete.
