Great service! I had my carpet and antique sofa cleaned by rite way and they both turned out amazing. The price was reasonable and the owner was very friendly. They are way better than most of the other carpet cleaners around Columbus.

I booked an appointment after hearing my Mother In Law rave about the quality and cost of the service. I was thrilled by the attention to detail and level of care with our furniture, and was very pleased with the pricing. The carpets and furniture look amazing, and Rite-Way is my new carpet/furniture cleaner!

Jeff was great to work with. He arrived on time and got right to work. He went above and beyond with cleaning my sectional. He was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have used Jeff for both the apartments I manage and my own home. He has saved carpet that I thought for sure would need to be replaced. I have used quite a few companies over the years, and he is by far the very best. He is on time, professional, reasonably priced and does an outstanding job every single time! I absolutely recommend him for any carpet cleaning jobs you need.

I called Jeff on a Sunday after carpet in my basement getting wet. He arrived early the next morning and helped remove any remaining water, and cleaned all effected carpets. He was professional, did not try and upsell on any unnecessary services, and was very easy to work with. I would use him again anytime. 5/5
