Just a disappointing experience, ask for a quote.... Never gotta quote just 1 million excuses with an unwillingness to try or even produce an answer, don't bother
Bought a few black tension bands...came out parts were 82$ and they charged me $100 for "powder coating"thry are $2.51 at home depot...I will never buy anything from these people again...no wonder people go to places like home depot these guys are out of their minds...wow I guess you saw me coming....
Call these guys on the 20th of March for a quote to do a chain linked fence at my property. Spoke to Pete who and gave him all the information. He said he would get back to me with a quote after the weekend and would be able to start in the next couple of weeks. Although I did not purchase anything from these guys, they were very helpful, prompt and courteous. After my initial call, they took time to look up my fence on google street view and called me back right away to let me know they would not be able to help as they are not currently doing wood fences. Then they offered advice on where to go next. They did not have to do that. In my opinion that is excellent service especially for a guy who has not spent a penny with them. Well done Rite-Way.
