They absolutely treat you like family. Steve went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Our family has had an absolutely amazing amount of adversity to deal with this year (2 children fighting cancer, I had a stroke, Staci blew out her knee), and the latest was a car dying on our youngest daughter 13 hours away in South Carolina. Rite Track Auto Sales went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle. I like my 2007 Chevy Malibu! Al took my original call and was so very helpful and patient with all my questions. He took my application for financing over the phone and I arranged to come in two days later to pick up a car. I am disabled and have 3 or 4 doctor appointments each week so was I was in need of transportation. They will rip you off I bought a 2010 silverado the price was 11,450 when I got home I noticed they charged me 13,900 I went up their with the ad for the truck I bought showed them it said 11,450 and they refused to fix the price to told me they will not give me my money back that they over charged me now I have to sue them .They would not let me talk to the owner .. please do your self a favor and find a better place to get a car they will rip you off and smile at the same time if you want to call me and ask anything fill f... read more
While searching for a car for my daughter on Car Fax I came across a 2007 Ford Escape at Rite Track Auto Sales in Canton MI on Michigan Ave. I called and spoke with Steve to make sure the car was still available and it was . My daughter and I took it for a test drive and then picked it up the following day. Incredible service and kindness made getting Paige her 1st car a great experience. Steve is a great guy and was helpful with the car alarm. Thank you again Steve for ALL your help and being there .
