I use to love this wash. No now! They hired a new manager and he is a total jerk and has absolutely no customer service skills! I was in wash when all a sudden my truck is bouncing off the vehicle in front of me. Of course they said it was a lady that was 3 cars ahead fault. My truck was bouncing up and down because the rollers never stopped! That is your fault 100% not only did it cost me $1500 to fix my brand new truck but the manager who was so rude is still working there and is still rude! Good thing I know a lot of peop... read more
