Not sure who this Lewis Moore is, we had excellent service in our home from Rite Temp. The owner Ray is down to earth and very caring to his customers. I think Lewis Moore is calling on the wrong company. I think Lewis should reveal his face so we can see that it is not a "monster" giving a review. LOL.. Anyways, Rite Temp is the best company and very clean on the job. Great prices and fair. Give them a call.
So I found their website and I decided to give them a call to fix my heater. Their website only had ONE review at the time, which I later found, was not even actually a customer. It was the owners wife who made the review. To make a long story short, the company is cheap and they cut corners (while still charging you kinda high rates btw). If you love your home and the people who live in it, go to a more reputable company who won't risk your safety for some dollars.
