Air conditioner was not working properly. Rite Rate sent Remy to perform the repair. Needed freon and a good cleaning. Remy did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue. We switched on our furnace for the first time this season as the weather is getting colder by day. The furnace didn't produce any heat. These guys got me an early appointment and sent a technician at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the unit and fixed it within thirty minutes. Great work and polite customer service. I highly recommend them.
You have to wonder about the integrity of a company who, when requesting an estimate to replace a water heater and fix some leaks, starts off telling you it's a $75 charge (rebated if they get the work), then tells you it's a $250 charge (for exactly the same estimate) when they discover you have just bought the property. Sure are some shark-infested waters around Ridgewood. Avoid.
At first, it was just a leaking faucet in the bathroom. While I was considering possible solutions to this problem, the water heater broke. I found this service off the internet and I am glad it was the best choice. They fixed the water heater and the leaking faucet at an affordable rate and within my ideal timeframe. I am a satisfied customer.
Just had a new condenser and coil installed and had some repairs done by these guys. Our prior AC cement was not level, they fixed it with some quick cement, got everything installed, and were super professional. The price also seemed very fair, I ran the quote by our realtor since we are getting ready to list and they also said it was very fair. I have nothing but good things to say about this team.
