Excellent heating service by Mark Warm & cosy home again 🙌🏻
Installation in my rental property was great but when we made a payment it was waylaid by a hacker due to my email being hacked, kept getting accused of not paying. Bank worked it out for us but didn't appreciate my property manager being contacted in the meantime and money being demanded. I realise Rite Price have a business to run but a little compassion and understanding would have been appreciated. We honestly thought we had paid.
I wanted to spend the time to send a glowing review for the service and experience that we had dealing with rite price heating and cooling. They were extremely professional and so easy to deal with through the whole process. We had a in home quote done and the pricing was cheaper than 4 other companies that we had review the same space. We had the install completed working 2 business days of the quote being accepted and the final work was clean and tidy.
