POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE had reverse cycle heating and cooling installed around June. Cost $13000 Heating worked well, first time we put the air con on it failed. it took one week for RITEPRICE to send a technician. he was here for 30 minutes and left saying its the installers problem to fix, the office will be in touch with a date. 3 days and 3 phone calls later they said an engineer would be out the following Monday. so, after 2 weeks he turns up, inspects the unit and says it's a manufacturers responsibility to fix.
