They take advantage on anybody they can swear up and down any problems they’ll fix it but yet they have many customers they haven’t followed through with i used to work for them. The owner is very unprofessional and will rip anybody off to make as much money possible . SICKENING.
Went and bought a PW50 dirt bike from them, they didn’t have any fuel for the dirt bike but swore up and down that it would start with no issues, and even gave my son a high 5 and told him to have fun on it, get said bike home and it’s doesn’t idle and is leaking fuel, everywhere. I call them back because, they told me that if I had any issues, they would take care of it, I’m still waiting for them to call me back. Typical used car sales men, took advantage of a women and a little boy that was excited to get a dirt bike.
Robert was very helpful I asked lots of questions he answered them all. He didn't make me feel rushed, he took his time. I would tell others to go here. He will work with you. I bought a Trail Blazer and love it! If you haven't ever been at Rite On Auto in Flat Rock check it out on line or go up there. They have lots to offer as they have other lots in different cities.
