No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy and it be like 2 people working in the pharmacy when I go smh. All i wanted to know was my prescription ready.

Pharmacy never answers phone. Never informs you if they have your medication or not. Have went there on two or more different occasions two or more days later to be told they don't have my medication in stock or a certain medication cannot be filled until several days later. Also feel like I'm being watched as a shoplifter when I walk in And wait and walk out. Go somewhere else save yourself the aggravation.

They never answer the phone. I've been calling all day today and this last time my call kept getting cycled back to the beginning recording when they didn't answer. This happened 13 times as I was on the line for over 20 minutes

This pharmacy does not answer their phones. Needed emergency refills on a medication. They won’t answer the phones. It’s frustrating trying to get help from the pharmacy or the store.

Sometimes you will get customer service as it should be mostly not. Unorganized professionals with no customer service skills will most likely be what you get. Will have you wait in drive thru without at least letting you know you will be helped. I can see people walking around as I ring the bell and just nothing until someone feel like providing service. There is no excuses for lack of service no matter what at least try and the pharmacist may get better reactions.
