Always understaffed, leaving the staff they do have overworked and stressed out. They always have my controlled prescriptions, which is nice, but it would also be nice if they had sufficient staff to answer the phone and fill my prescriptions when they’re sent in. Instead they wait for you to request what’s been sent in electronically, which you can often only do by going to the store in person, since they don’t have enough staff to answer the phone.
