Pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I came to pick up my prescriptions and she refused to fill one of them stating it was to early. However I know for a fact my insurance allows up to 3 days early to be filled. The fact that there is Pandemic going on and now I have to make a second trip out and put myself and my family at risk is extremely ridiculous. The people in the pharmacy should really pay attention to the people sitting in the drive thru for 10+ minutes. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there. I decided to just go inside today instead of wasting more of my time sitting there and found 3 people just standing around, one was even at the drive thru window. Very irritating.
Not the first time I've had trouble with this Pharmacy location not having prescriptions ready when I was told they were. Not having medication when I was told they had what I needed. Not being called to be told when there's a problem with my prescriptions. And dealing with rude technicians and Pharmacists while dragging 2 sick kids out for 3 trips to not get the prescriptions that I need. I will be changing pharmacy's and recommend that my family and friends do as well.
