Tried to return item. They never gave me the receipt Ben said “some people dont want it”. He never asked. Went to store talked to Ben about again. Showed him return policy that states within 48 hours they can look at my wellness card and refund entire amount. I was there within 24 hours. He doesnt know the return policy because he said he cannot look up the transaction on my wellness card. It was $40 without proof of purchase $20. STAY AWAY FROM RITE STORES.
This place sucks I literally just went in there asked for change to buy something from the lottery machine and the lady that was working at about 11 pm on6/26 told us to go to the rivers casino wow what customer service I’m in this store every day and a gold card member and have bought thousands and thousands of items from this place I’m done in there
