In most of the Times I've gone there I would say about 80% of the time, the service stinks. For one thing there have been occasions that I would call to ask about a specific product that I would be on hold for so long and then I finally hang up. Also you need to hire more staff members to keep the lines running smoothly. Also you guys need more better working registers. The registers seem to me like they're outdated
You have the WORST generic drugs available.Your pharmacy is ripping off not only customers but insurance companies.I moved ALL my refills to a pharmacy that gives the actual generic drugs my Dr.prescribes for me.Your staff is rude and trying to get through on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE.RITE AID IS THE WORST STORE/PHARMACY around.
Please hire/schedule more cashiers. So slow, long lines, and lacking in costumer service skills.
