Horrible customer service. Drive up never open and they never answer there phone. No wonder they’re going out of business
If the pharmacy says it’s open at 8 am, you’d assume they’d be open. Nope. Just 3 pharmacy employees more concerned with talking about their personal problems than helping people
Had a very long night with a child who had a ruptured eardrum and in & out of urgent care, pharmacies all over town were being extremely difficult about taking our insurance and couldn’t even fill our (very simple and common) prescription. Unless Jackie is working in the pharmacy, do not bother. The most incompetent, uncommunicative and straight up poorly managed pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of living near. Good luck not having to come down and stand in line as they never answer the phone. Never ever have answers for anything and expect you to sit on the phone with insurance for questions -they- have.
