This place is the worst. The pharmacy is, not the actual store part. The people who work there are always so rude and they clearly don't care about their patients. I've tried updated my address with them over 5 times and my phone number too. One time I even wrote it down for them and handed it to them on paper. Still nothing. I always have them refilling prescriptions I told them are no longer ones that are needed. I experienced really great customer service at the pharmacy yesterday. I had gone to another pharmacy at another store which didn't have what I was looking for, glucose testing strips. The pharmacy tech went above and beyond my previous experience and made sure they were the right ones, verifying it with other people on her team. I had been experiencing not so great of a day but when I got home and they worked, I remembered how I had a great experience at rite aid! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!
This is a pharmacy/drug store which never carries or is always out of basic items that you need. Also having to wait 45 min for a prescription is ridiculous.
only go there when not in a hurry and time to burn, at least an hour. my mother had blood poisoning(she told me she felt like she was going to die) and they took their sweet time getting my mom her prescription when I was the first one there. seriously disappointed would never recommend.
