very helpful staff at the pharmacy. they just get too crowded and under staffed.

Awful the girl at the pharmacy was rude no bathroom service but for them it was working......
I'm in the area for a wedding. My doctors office called in a script for me as I have a type of blood cancer and traveling is life threatening. The pharmacist actually yelled at me that the medication is "special order" and doctors shouldn't expect a pharmacy to have that type of medicine on hand. Actually yelled at me about this. The medicine was heparin. Nothing crazy. Heparin. Needless to say I left without my absolutely critical medication. Thanks rite aid.
Clean, big.. but pharmacy horribly understaffed. Waited longer for prescription than the wait at urgent care including the doctor exam. Not exaggerating
