The treatment I have received the last two visits by the pharmacist Earl and by a woman Verna, is beyond disrespectful and rude! I don't know if this man treats everyone this way or if it is a discrimination issue, but it was absolutely horrible both times. Today he accused me of lying instead of informing me my prescription was filled at another location, he told me I had already picked it up...even after I told him I did not. Rite aid pharmacy at 1177 s Rosemont is great ! They always let me know what is going on with my medications. If there is a problem they text me, and when my scripts are filled they texted me. You would think that would be common courtesy at all pharmacy’s? Not at CVS on princess Ann.
Nothing worse than going to pick up your medicine and the workers being very unprofessional. My daughter has a name that can be made to sound different ways. The workers in the pharmacy chose to giggle about her name while appearing to get meds. Oops gotta come back later. Probably so they can laugh again. How disrespectful and unprofessional.
