The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. My prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid, after they closed. Month 1 - insisted I didn’t have a prescription and they don’t contact the provider. (Rite aid did). Had to get my provider to send another prescription walked in to pick up, not only was it not ready but they insisted the my insurance did not cover it bc it wasn’t preauthorized. The team members are the BEST! They are caring and informative and helpful - and recently I can honestly say that I would not have gone thru with my colonoscopy if it wasnt for the encouraging words I got from Michelle - and Thank God for that!
Disappointing! Not solutions oriented. The pharmacist is way more interested in being right than solving problems. I came over from a Rite Aid that was always customer oriented. I will be leaving to find a new pharmacy.
