My wife called in to ask if they had her medication for ADHD in stock, and the woman in the pharmacy was less than no help, claiming that they couldn't verify if they had a medication in stock (which my wife has had to call in and verify for the last two and half years and never had this problem), and then hanging up on my wife. This is exactly why Rite Aids in Pittsburgh keep closing down: piss-poor customer service.Â
The selection was abyssmal. I was shocked at how empty all of the aisles were. The prices were INSANE— I paid $30 for PepcidAC. It is clear Rite Aid is bankrupt but my goodness, how embarrassing! The store associate, Gloria, however, was a diamond in the rough.Â
If you want a pharmacy that never answers the phone, or hangs up on you when you try and call, this is the place for youÂ
The pharmacy staff are the worst. For two days they said I didn’t have a prescription. Sent it to the rite aid down the street & it was there instantly. They also overcharge. I don’t know how much they are paying those people but I hope it’s nickels & dimes.Â
