If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review, I would. They close down before their posted hours even after I called to confirm their hours before trying to pick up a prescription. The employee was a lazy jerk. I would recommend avoiding this place if you have any other options. This is the first negative review I have ever left for a business. 0/10. Garbage store
Their shelves are always empty 365 days a year. I can only think of two possible reasons Why Rite Aid would continue to pay money for prime retail space while completely underutilizing their overhead: Theory one: they have already decided to close this store and are only keeping it barely functional to keep from violating their lease until they let it expire without renewing. The cashier didn’t want to take his headphones off nor did he help me find a replacement for a damaged product. It was like he was doing something more important on his phone and that I was being an inconvenience. If you don’t need me, I don’t need you
