the pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional.if i could receive a call from the store manager or a pharmacist i would appreciate it.
I love the people who work in this pharmacy. This review is in no way a reflection of their commitment to customer service. I just got off the phone with them. Rite Aide as a whole is no longer going to carry the Diabetic medication Monjaro or the other brands of this class of medication. I immediately called Walmart and they carry it but are out of it right now. I understand the shortage in short term because these medications are popular. If I could give no stars I would...I took my friend there to get her medicine that was called in at 10 am and I took her at 5.20 pm and it still wasn't ready and the man behind in the pharmacy which is a pharmacy tech told her she had to wait in the store for an hour or come back tomorrow and she was not aloud to wait outside in the car she had to wait in the store ...this place is ridiculous and poor customer service and no respect for the public...He said it's a policy when they are behind unheard of this policy
They never answer the phone. They treat you like you have done something wrong. The only good thing I have to say is I had my immunization shots caught up and it was very quick and the Pharmacist was very friendly. Give credit where credit is due. I miss the people from the Market Street Rite Aid. Always treated with respect.
