Why is this store still open? Have wasted so many trips to grab a few items only to find bare shelves in an unwelcoming environment. Will not returnÂ
This is the best pharmacy in the whole worldÂ
Seems to be a hassle half the time I go. It’s hit or miss. Most recently the pharmacist was really rude bc I had to hit the “call for service” button in the drive thru, I can only guess. When I pulled up she said “I’ll be with you in just one minute,” then proceeds to take 15 minutes while helping 3 in store customers and ignoring me. I received texts to pick up my script on 12/23, 12/24 and today 12/26. She finally comes over with attitude, doesn’t ask how my last name is spelled and says they don’t have my script ready. Why say perscription is available if it's sold out? Why be impossible to get a hold of so that I can transfer my perscription elsewhere. Thank God I'm not on life saving medicine. Obtaining your medicine should be the easiest part. As if fighting with insurance or the havoc these medicines run on my body isn't enough, yall really have to complicate every step.Â
Shelves are always barren. Last time I went for period products I had to go with the only box of tampons they had left on the shelf. Pharmacy is so much worse. No one be answers phone calls, wait times are crazy, and my new favorite is being greeted by a worker and just standing there looking stupid until I asked and found out they were closed for lunch. I already switched from their pharmacy for poor service before but my doctor sent my last 2 prescriptions there. I'm going to be transferring yet again. Please hire more peo... read more
