Stores closing they had no bags I used my bag that came with a beach chair I bought to carry some stuff but ended up leaving and item on register. The phone # forwards to another store. Customer service said they can't help either. How can they not be able to call the store? Oh well guess I'm out my 10$ cause I can't get ahold of anyone to see if it's even still there or if they have another one I could buy.
Store is going out of business with very little selection. What they do have is deeply discounted, but disorganized.
I've shopped here a fair few times before when in the area and always found it a good stop with good value prices. FYI for anyone visiting- this store is closing down in the next few weeks so at the moment, it's everything must go (including fixtures)- the pharmacy has already closed. I'd say half the store is empty but everything else is discounted from makeup to clothing and snacks.
The workers are great, but the store is a shoplifting haven for the homeless and teenagers, hence the reason the shelves are always empty. I'm no loss prevention specialist, but I would venture to guess this Rite Aid has one of the highest rates of external theft of any Rite Aid store in Pittsburgh...
