I went to this location during this busy Thanksgiving week. Two female employees were helpful and asked if I needed help, and were also helping other customers. Checking out, there were two older men, maybe late 50s or 60s, with grey hair working the register. The man who was my cashier saw two girls around 16 years old asking for ice cream. I agree the customer service is lacking here. The lady making my ice cream gave me an attitude when I asked her if I pay there. Her response was, "Do you see a register here?"
Worst fucking customer service ever. I can't even understand these people. it's hard enough to ask for help let alone get it.
