The ladies were really rude and did have any positions for the customers the girl had red hair and the other one had blue hair.very rude never coming againÂ
Ridiculous only one person at the register. Then one lady comes out the office to help with the line. I get to the counter after waiting 15mins she then states oh the ice cream counter is closed because we don’t have staff mind you only I and 2 other people were in line. I asked her why don’t you put up a sign?! People at the front door all standing had cups of ice cream who the heck fixed there’s!? Never again. UnprofessionalÂ
This Rite Aid is on life support. They are so poorly stocked and they have been for over 6 months. Shelves on shelves filled with nothing but paper towels bc they don’t have deodorant, shampoo, face wash, tampons - nothing. There’s hardly any food. The people who work here are nice but routinely understaffed. Rite Aid clearly doesn’t care about this location and it’s probably bc it’s not a “fancy” neighborhood. The employees and the manager up to the security guard that follows you everywhere around the store this place is the worst one on my list I will never shop here and I suggest you don't eitherÂ
Carmalita the cashier was the worst! She handles situations poorly. She should not be in customer service. She had an horrible attitude because the line was long and I asked for ice cream from the ice cream station. Instead of being able to make a purchase I was declined because of short staffing issues. I understand there was one cashier and I was willing to wait. She still declined. I asked for a manager. I spoke with the manager Macrina, who was also not helpful.
