Horrible customer service. Martha acted like she didn’t know what on earth I was talking about when my daughter needed to use the bathroom. Then I spoke to manager and she said “I can’t give you the keys, they have the stores keys on them”. So, I asked what exactly does that mean? I’m not asking for the stores keys, I’m asking if my daughter can use the bathroom. The manager could not understand that either! RecommendedSurprisingly... Today, tthe pharmacy was very helpful and I didnt have to " come back!" Only had to wait 15 mins for prescription!! Thankyou!!
I LOVE Rite Aid, especially the staff of the pharmacy. What drives me CRAZY is the crowd of panhandlers and ne’r do wells outside the store.
