Everything about our experience with Kevin Avanthay and Ritchie's Flooring was exceptional, especially where it counts —the installation process and crew. We are incredibly pleased with the final product.
I normally purchase my flooring from big box stores. This weekend my wife and I stopped into Ritchie's to look at a few different options and decided on one. Sam Saade, was very helpful and professional! We noticed after we got the boxes home some of the flooring was damaged. I called Sam and he looked after us right away. Can not say enough good things about Sam and the guys (I wish I got their names) that work in the warehouse. We will only purchase our flooring from these guys going forward. thanks
Cathy was SO easy to deal with and understood exactly what I was looking for, and made it happen. Even when our contractor underestimated how much we needed, Cathy quickly ordered more for me, and had it sent from out of province quickly. Quality product and fair price! We will return for our next project!
