Asheville Highway service department RUDE.... lies to their customers. They cannot own up to their own mistakes on scheduling...tried to make it out to be the customer fault. Whatever happened to good customer service??? I hate to even give a one-star rating. Eric and Kevin need to learn customer service skills and how to speak to others with respect. Years ago when you bought a green machine you had a quality piece of machinery. Now days you have only purchased a run of the mill mower with a green paint job. I purchased my mower 2 years and 1 month ago. Smokes like crazy burning oil. Call in to find out they come with a 2 year or 120 hour warranty. Well mine is 2 year and 1 month old with 42 hours. No help offered in any way. Thats fine it will be my last one.
