STAY AWAY!!! Service after the sale has to be the issue. they over promise and under deliver. i would not spend any more money with them. the salesman will not even reach out to give updates on the issue we are having. they have had our money for a month now and have not delivered our implement. i have left 3 messages for the owner with no response. i will update this review as we deal with this company. so that future customers will be aware of what they are getting in to.
Service after the sale lacks quality and caring.
My Dad bought a $3600 mower from the Asheville Hwy location and has had multiple problems. After waiting 3 weeks for them to fix a belt just got it back. Didnt even finish front yard and smelled Burning rubber. Well they screwed it up again. Wonder how long it will take to get it fixed this time? I Seems like a business with a distant owner who is not involved enough to realize he has an incompetent and unfriendly Crew who are likely costing him many customers. I hate that now he has this mower and is stuck Dealing with this... read more
As far as going to Richie they were great at the store! Tommy worked with us and got us the best Polaris Rzr for our money! Our whole process was smooth until we got to the Windrock Shindig, the folks in the vendor tent were rude and we were cussed because we asked about t-shirt or hat, that we were told to stop and ask about when we bought our ride. We were told that s—- is packed and then when we’re outside the tent talking to our friends 2 other workers were getting mouthy and cussing about us. Now I am ashamed our friend... read more

I have been taking my John Deere to Ritchie for 10+ years... I had the need to upgrade and my salesman was Ross Trotter.. I can't tell you how patient this guy is. He listened to my work load that needed to be done on the property and discussed my workload needs. He actually had a few options and talked out each one. His professionalism and product knowledge is amazing. He worked to get my business and I am glad I met him as a person. I urge you to sit down with this guy and talk tractors.. he knows the competition and will ... read more
I ordered/purchased a new John Deere X758 from Ross Trotter at the Maryville, TN location and accepted delivery last week. From start to finish Ross was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the John Deere product line. He was in no way a high pressure sales person and in all regards a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend talking to Ross if you are in the market for a John Deere mower or tractor!
Barrett was great. Easy to deal with and a down to earth salesman.
I went to the Asheville hwy location to buy a zero turn and they could care less if they sold a mower or not John Deere is only thing we use to mow with I will not buy another one from there I will take my business else where
