Stay away from them. My apartment's manager's behavior was so offensive that we had to move to another apartment. Moreover, the amount of money they deduct from your security deposit after moving out is tremendous and absolutely unfair. Even a single star out of 5 is too high.
I would stay away from Ritchie Realty if you are signing your first lease. They will take advantage of you. I was young and made the mistake of not researching laws, real estate, and even reading the lease in full and it definitely costed me. We moved in about 5 days into the month so they gave us the prorated rent for that month. All normal, but the catch was, that first prorated month did not count as the beginning of our lease.
