After a routine exam at Pinnacle Dermatology with Dr. Kittan, it was discovered that I had a basal cell carcinoma on my face. I was referred to Dr. Ritchie Rosso for removal of this growth on March 18. Having never experienced this before, I was very apprehensive about this visit. I had a small skin cancer removed 5/14/26 by Dr Rosso and I dont think it could have been a better experience. I've used Pinnacle for years now and have always been very happy with my appointments. The staff is great and the nurses are professional but friendly and caring. Dr Rosso is fantastic! He explained everything that was happening, let me know what to expect, and answered all of my questions. I can highly recommend Pinnacle and Dr Rosso for any and all dermatology needs.
