I purchased a wrought iron drive way gate. I scheduled pick up from Cherry Industrial *****************************************************************. After I scheduled on Wednesday, I called and reverifed Thursday that I could pick up the gates between 2-4 Friday Dec 8, 2023. Ritchie **** of **** Worth, Tx are not trustworthy. My son put his 2014 green peterbilt in their March 15, 2023 sale. Ahead of time, he made sure they received paperwork from a peterbilt dealership shop regarding the work they recently performed. Several thousand dollars worth of new parts and professional analysis Brand new cylinder head, injectors, fuel pump, etc. They said they would represent the paperwork with the sale. Horrible customer service.I bid and won on an item. When we arrived to pick up our item, no one could tell us where it was. after about 3 hours and several phones calls, a worker stated that our item was located in the parts only area. After speaking to the manager on duty and explaining to him that the item during the auction was not noted as being broken he stated that is was and he was going to get his mechanics to take a look at it and repair it, because he knew where I was coming from feeling horrible about spending ***... read more
