Rude guys
Very poor performance of the truck (2015 ram 2500 6.4l 270,000 km) that was stated to be in good working condition based on the evaluation of the company. NO WHERE DID IT STATE THAT THE TRUCK WAS INOPERABLE. Everything looked great on paper, and truck started well on the video. I live about 5 hrs away (Lethbridge), and viewing this truck at Nisku couldn’t happen. Thus I based my purchase on everything from their website. Well organized. Very efficient place to deal business.
Really nice women working at the front, so accommodating to us when we had to schedule a later pickup and payment, wonderful! Really nice people on site including an amazingly skilled young woman on the Loader who put my mini-Excavator into the trailer with delicacy usually reserved for trimming a Bonsai Tree.
So far so good! We drove 4 hours to pick up our purchase and arrived late due to vehicle issues 🤦🏻♀️The staff were friendly and willing to help but we knew we'd take too long to load, so are going to return in a few days to try again. I'm curious...is there a loading ramp there? It might be more useful than lifting the equipment onto our trailer.
