I took my Jaguar to the shop on the 11th of March for an air conditioner hose. Didn't receive it back until the 24th of March. When I received my vehicle back, it was dirty and completely vandalized. They took everything including my Bible. The service people stated it was done in the holding pen. I don't believe that because my seats were laid back and you need a key to move my seats. Between my ins and the police department, they are going to handle this. Invasion of privacy.
Jacquan was amazing and very professional. He fast tracked our repairs and got our vehicle back up and running. We were out of town and traveling from Kansas City to Gulf Shores, Al when we had some electrical issues. Jacquan was so easy to deal with and kept us in the loop the whole time as to what was going on with the repairs. Awesome experience.

I meant to write this review a few months ago following our last service but we planned to take the car somewhere else for a second opinion before writing the review. The VW service department has gone down hill. I don't know what happened to Mr. Haywood, maybe he finally retired but he is surely missed! We had our VW serviced for a routine oil change. It took multiple calls to even schedule the appointment. Finally got in. Afterwards, the car was not vacuumed nor washed. That has never happened. I was told to bring the car ... read more
**Blatant Discrimination and Unprofessional Service** Earlier today, I experienced what I strongly believe to be an act of race-based discrimination at Ritchey Automotive in Jackson, MS, also known as Volkswagen Jackson.
