I had my computer fixed from a virus. 4 days later, after only checking my e-mail, my computer would not boot! I called them and they said that they charge to fix it again (they only give a 2-day warranty). After paying them, they said I had to pay \$200 more to redo my computer from scratch. Pros: friendly people, good serviceCons: High Prices. The in-house techs have very limited time slot and couldnt fix my computer within the 1.5 hours they had available to me. the Location is hard to find. Also not open on weekends.
