My son had his third haircut (first at Rita's Snips for Pips) with Garen. We loved the ambiance and Garen did great work despite the conditions of my screaming and hollering toddler. We are pleased with his work and would return again.

I gave only 4 because it was ridiculously cramped in the front area and felt like 100* in the building and our appointment ran over about 20 min. They shouldnt over book. Other than that I would have given 5 stars for the stylist sara. She was wonderful, but should have washed her hands in between cuts. What if a kid has lice. Ugh.

Unfortunately our air conditioner had just stopped working and we had no control over the temperature of the heat. My air conditioner repair actually just left and fixed the issue immediately. We also don't ever over book but unfortunately once in a while a customer can be late and set the stylist off just by a few minutes. We never run over a few minutes. I have taken my son here quite a few times & I love it!! Darren is the absolute BEST! He did my sons hair & it came out amazing! My son has ALWAYS say on my lap for his haircuts, yesterday was the first time he sat in a little taxi & he loved it!!! Not one tear!! This is our spot & I highly recommend it to anyone & everyone!
I had my 2 y/o daughter's first hair cut this morning and it was a wonderful experience! Garen was fantastic in connecting with her and making her feel comfortable. I was expecting tears, but she loved it! The salon is very child friendly and we loved the certificate with lock of hair. We will definitely be back! :)

I just had my son's first haircut here today and it was such a wonderful experience! Jan was so kind and really made sure my son was comfortable and calm during his haircut and I loved the certificate and lock of hair I received. This place is definitely child friendly and I am definitely recommending this place to all my mom friends!!

My 2 yr old grandson waited 25 minutes in a chair before the stylist came... took all of 7 minutes for his haircut... I could have saved $27 and cut it myself and look just as good... won't go back again!!*****UPDATE!!! Rita and her son Garen were very apologetic about our previous visit and we went back this morning... Garen gave my grandson the experience that Rita's Snips for Pips are known for!!! Thank you Garen!!
