Came out of town from Houston, and really wished i would of read some reviews on this place before going. Food was not all that.
Great service, comfortable and friendly. I've only been once, with my wife, but it was a joy. We tipped 25% (and I was sober) so you can tell I mean it about the service.
Our waiter, while friendly, wasn’t attentive at all. But he was honest. Time between him checking on us averaged 10 minutes. When we ordered our margaritas, we asked what they had for a “skinny” rita. He recommended the Hefe. Said he wasn’t sure why, but it’s the only one that hasn’t been sitting all day. Fajitas were served out of a bowl into a hot plate and were soggy. Sides were cold. Great place. I ordered enchiladas and hardly any sause to much cheese on the enchiladas which made the cheese all rubbery dont get me wrong nice place in the riverwalk was just a lil disappointed cause all day all I wanted qas sum good latin food.
Never a disappointment at Rita’s! Guacamole prepared tableside was delicious...queso was great...el jefe margaritas were perfect! A stop here is a must when visiting San Antonio’s Riverwalk

Guacamole for 2 was made fresh in front of you. Delicious! went great with their House Margarita's
Terrible customer service. Managers should be fired or removed from their positions to be retrained. So many other places in San Antonio that actually have much better food and way better customer service.
