Unfortunately, there was a strange odor and the shop floor was not clean. I actually discarded the item I bought due to this since it became noticeable as I waited for my order from the window. Also, the cashier was not very friendly.
On May 11, Sunday at 3:30pm. I went to Rita's Ice and waited in line outdoors. One employee was servicing customers inside, while another was servicing customers outside. When I moved up to the front of the line, the employee began to wait on those indoors. I therefore moved to the indoor line. When it was my turn, the employee went to wait on a person at the outdoor window who had just walked up instead. I excused myself and asked why I was being ignored. ice creams great, but the young brunette girl that works the window could have a better attitude if she doesn't like people or her job she needs to quit. no people wont ever have a smile on there face 24/7 but this girl has a real attitude
