went there march 17 around 7:25pm. the worker was very unprofessional, wearing sides to work also didn’t have great customer service… he ripped me off. with barely any ice cream. when i called the store he said that is how it was made which is a lie… This rita’s need to do better
I don’t know why this place is even open. It doesn’t matter if it’s winter spring or summer it’s always a problem when I go in there to buy quarts they never have enough of the ices I want. They have kids working in there that could care less . I’ve asked for the management’s phone number on several occasions they never give it to me. I guess if you’re a customer that just wants a single ice in a cup, then you’ll be fine but if you need any more 4 quarts or more, it’ll be a crapshoot whether they have it or not.
Unfortunately, there was a strange odor and the shop floor was not clean. I actually discarded the item I bought due to this since it became noticeable as I waited for my order from the window. Also, the cashier was not very friendly.
