Young women at the front made 4 different gelatis incorrectly. Told my one friend she never ordered and almost made her pay again…turns out she just forgot. I went up to tell her that she made the five layer gelatis wrong cuz she never put the ice cream on the bottom and she said “there isn’t supposed to be” uhm so actually there is or else it would be 4 layers. When I went yesterday I ordered a small custard in a cone. The girl said she can only put it in a dish. Fine no problem. What I received was generic ice cream I could have bought at the grocery store. Actually tasted like it. I wish just would have been honest with me and said we do not have soft serve or custard today. What a waste of money.
