Wonderful service and wonderful frozen custard. I’m glad I stopped by. I wanted to try this since yesterday.
Bad customer service
Very disappointing experience at Rita’s. The customer service was poor, and the staff was not friendly or helpful. I expected much better service and a more welcoming experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope they improve their customer service.
the actual food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. The guy with glasses and white hair was genuinely so rude towards us, I couldn't believe someone would just tell regular customers to move to the back of the line. We waited in line like everyone else, and were ready to order, but he didn't want to serve us. it was so bizarre and made even the gelato taste sour from the crappy experience.
I had the gelati and it was pretty good. It tasted like a raspado mixed with some vanilla ice cream. Although I know it’s custard, it tasted more like soft serve. The service was fast which was a plus. Nothing too special, I would definitely be back and perhaps try other things on their menu.
