We went to Rita’s before the posted closing time, yet as soon as the staff saw us approaching, they intentionally closed the store. If we had arrived after closing hours, I would completely understand, but that wasn’t the case. What made the situation even more upsetting was that the employees were laughing and making fun of us after closing the doors. Their behavior felt extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I love their Gelati. Which is Italian ice and custard ice cream. They make different flavors of Italian ice regularly. The only issue where they have locations is the parking is very limited and hard to maneuver in. But except for that issue they are highly recommended if you're looking for a cool treat.
