The lady that was working was rude didn't want to give me extra napkins. And said she already gave me napkins. The ice cream was all over the cup. And I mentioned to her when I ordered my grandson wanted sprinkles. She said oh well I didn't hear you say anything bout sprinkles. Anyway my grandson got sprinkles. Poor customer service her who attitude was terrible. This was on 4/7/26.
The first time I come here since spring started and they close in the middle of the day. I’m kinda disappointed because this is not the first time that this happens. I truly wish they put more reliable Rita’s in the city. Overall Rita’s Italian Ice tastes good.
