They are racist against their own race; Black. A friend and neighbor of mine was hired as a supervisor, a position she did apply for, but was given. She only wanted to be a cashier but Mr. Baily, the owner needed a supervisor. His wife, Mrs. Baily who seems to be in charge, but never really visited the store until my friend was hired.
