Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Rita’s in Atlantic City. The store appeared dirty and the overall customer service was unacceptable. The employee I dealt with—who was short, wore glasses, and had a strong New York accent—was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. When I informed her that, because of her behavior, I would be contacting corporate to report the situation, she threatened to kick me out of the store. Came here for a weekend get a way and looked online beforehand and saw that Rita's offers dye-free options, which is important because my son cannot have food dyes. When we walked in, I simply asked the employee which flavors were dye-free. She wasn't sure, so she kept walking back and forth to the back room to ask the owner.
